Backyard Blaze holds the rights to uphold these terms and agreement at Customers expense and by agreement to do business with Backyard Blaze agrees to these terms and are aware of any legal obligations by doing so. Review of terms and conditions within and allowing Backyard Blaze to process payment commences agreement between customer and Backyard Blaze. The customer takes full responsibility for all concrete, Copper, Stainless Steel and Tiki Torches but not limited to and including any products sold on this website, Burners Fire Glass Ect... when customer signs for the product from the shipping agent.
