Review of terms and conditions within and allowing Backyard Blaze to process payment commences agreement between customer and Backyard Blaze. The customer takes full responsibility for all concrete, Copper, Stainless Steel, and Tiki Torches but not limited to and including any products sold on this website, Burners Fire Glass Ect... when customer signs for the product from the shipping agent. Chargebacks:
All orders processed through the website or over the phone with or without a signature is a binding agreement between Backyard Blaze and the Authorized customer. Once an order is processed Backyard Blaze holds all the rights to resolve or credit an account based on Backyard Blaze discretion. Chargebacks done by any customer at any point will be viewed as a breach of the agreement between Backyard Blaze and Authorized customer and can result in additional expenses to be paid by the authorized customer. If the authorized customer does not pay for additional fee's One of Two or possible both will be saught out. Attempt to collect additional fees by resolution of Court in the State of Nevada including any and all court filing and fee's obtained through this effort or sent to Collections for outstanding cost. If a Chargeback is commenced by Authorized customer and Backyard blaze Wins arbitration with cardholder the Authorized cardholder is liable to pay for loss of additional Merchant Fees and Gateway fees. Any currency of invoice held up in arbitration will be subjected up to 25% of customers invoice to be paid immediately to Backyard Blaze.
Special Note:
Any cancelation or chargeback of a credit card after processing or receiving the product (s) is unlawful and litigation will be commenced immediately. A dispute of conditions may be addressed by way of email, phone to allow Backyard Blaze the opportunity to resolve any open issue. Backyard Blaze will make the attempt to correct any issue within reason.
