Returns:

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect any products for damages prior to signing for items from shipping Freight Company. Failure to do so will VOID any Damage / Warranty Claims. If damages are noticed DO NOT SIGN OFF and contact our office immediately. 1.877.269.8068 all orders are sold as is, No returns or cancellations once Invoice has been processed. All sales are final. If deemed to restock by Backyard Blaze an in-store credit only will apply. Backyard Blazes policies, terms and conditions agreement located within Backyard Blaze website and partial within the invoice. Dates given are an estimated time of arrival only. Backyard Blaze will not be held accountable for late delivery of any products from vendors if in fact a verbal timeline was given. Timelines are a projection given by 3rd party vendors and can change daily. All over the phone orders and online orders taken have customer mentioned within Authorization to process full payment of the invoice. Any and all litigation, filings/disputes or hearings are to be arbitrated and held in Clark County, Nevada, City of Las Vegas. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Backyard Blaze or any of their employees of any wrongdoing verbal or written. Customer will not seek any damages personal or property, financially or monetarily. Customer will not disparage Backyard Blaze or its employees in any way, media, verbal, written or social media in a negative view. Backyard Blaze holds the rights to uphold these terms and agreement at Customers expense and by agreement to do business with Backyard Blaze agrees to these terms and are aware of any legal obligations by doing so. Review of terms and conditions within and allowing Backyard Blaze to process payment commences agreement between customer and Backyard Blaze. The customer takes full responsibility for all concrete, Copper, Stainless Steel and Tiki Torches but not limited to and including any products sold on this website, Burners Fire Glass Ect... when customer signs for the product from the shipping agent. Extended warranty plans available.     If the customer notices a damaged product it is there responsibility to NOT sign off on the delivery order and to contact our office immediately.

Backyard blaze does not guarantee bowls will not crack due to use of fire, the terminology of fire bowls used does not depict that these bowls are designed for use with fire rather it is at your own risk to operate these bowls with fire and damages occurred will not be liable from Backyard Blaze. Spiderweb cracks are custom to happen on concrete bowls due to weather changes from hot to cold. Spiderweb cracks do not constitute a warranty replacement.

Shipping:

Backyard Blaze is dedicated to delivering  product as soon as possible. Backyard Blaze does business with many 3rd party vendors and is at their mercy of timelines and delivery. We have found in many cases that damage to products, dents, parts floating in container etc... thought to be a warranty issue was caused by shipping and is NOT a warranty issue. This would be a shipping issue and will be handled by the freight company and  Backyard Blaze. If the customer returns any products to Backyard Blaze the customer MUST get an RA ( Return Authorization) Number. Customer must email there request to Sales@backyardblaze.com where they will get an RA Number issued for the return of any equipment. Any items returned without this RA number is Voided and Backyard Blaze will hold no responsibility to loss of investment, equipment, Financially or Monetarily. The Customer must apply damage insurance that meets the retail (MSRP) of the product being returned to cover any damages to the product (s) being returned and supply Backyard Blaze with Tracking information to any and all products. If an item is damaged due to shipping or is not a warranty repair or replacement as deemed during the initial inspection by the customer the customer needs to deny acceptance of product and contact  Backyard Blaze immediately so we can correct damaged goods with the freight company. Terms and Conditions can be updated corrected at any time without notification to any customer. It is the Customers responsibility to preview and keep up to date on any and all changes.
