Free Shipping Terms and Conditions.

Free Shipping applies to all lower 49 U.S. Based States with No Minimums of Purchase. Free Shipping does not apply to any out of country orders.

Concrete / Copper Fire Bowls will include a $200.00 Crate fee for 36'' or larger bowls. In some circumstances where more than one bowl is ordered the Crate Charge will apply and multiply to each Palette that the  Bowls are ship on. This is a Limited Time Promotion. Backyard Blaze Reserves the right to Cancel or redefine promotion without any given notice privately or publicly.

Returns:

Backyard Blaze offers a 30 day return policy with restrictions. All fire bowls, Inner Cylinder, and all packaged components including AWIES Module, and Fire Ring are non refundable after production and or delivery. Backyard Blaze will subject a 25% re-stocking fee of the retail cost (MSRP) even though the price quote may differ from invoice of purchase. All purchase values are to be based on the retail cost of any returned orders other than products listed and are excluded from returns. AWEIS 1, AWEIS 2, (All Weather Electronic Ignition System) Automated Tiki Torches, Copper or Stainless steel bowls or any custom burner bars or custom orders, Main Fire Feature consisting of the 36'' Main Fire Bowl and the 48 Main Fire Bowl as these are custom built. These products fall under limted warranty and will be accessed under those terms and conditions.There will also be an assessment charge of a $50 cancelation fee billed back to customer on any orders canceled after accepting invoiced order. All Refunds are done Bi Monthly or Twice a month on ending Friday per Calendar month. Orders to be returned must be returned in the original shipped container and condition without the product being used or installed due to tampering with products integrity, electrical, valves, gas connections sealing of units, RCM1 & RCM2, tiki torches, copper bowls / stainless steel bowls. Returns will be voided if product has been determined to have been used or installed by Backyard Blaze. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost to original shipping location including Fee's and taxes. There is absolutely no returns or refunds on custom orders. All Concrete Fire Bowls are not refundable. Customer takes full responsibility of all concrete Bowls when they sign for them from the shipping agent. Backyardblaze guarantees delivery of concrete bowls to free from manufacture defects including cracks. Extended warranty plans available.    If customer notices a damaged product it is there responsibility to NOT sign off on the delivery order and to contact our office immediately.

Backyard blaze does not guarantee bowls will not crack due to use of fire, the terminology of fire bowls used does not depict that these bowls are designed for use with fire rather it is at your own risk to operate these bowls with fire and damages occurred will not be liable from backyard blaze. Spider web cracks are custom to happen on concrete bowls due to weather changes from hot to cold. Spider web cracks do not constitute a warranty replacement.

Shipping:

Backyard Blaze is dedicated to delivering product as soon as possible. In most cases with fire rings, poles and accessories they will be shipped out with in 3 to 5 business days. All automated remote systems, Tiki torches, RCM 1, RCM 2 and copper / stainless Steel bowls and concrete bowls can take up to 6 to 8 weeks. We have found in many cases that damage to products, dents, parts floating in container etc... thought to be a warranty issue was caused by shipping and is NOT a warranty issue. This would be a shipping issue and will be handled by the freight company and Backyard Blaze. If customer returns any products to Backyard Blaze the customer MUST apply damage insurance that meets the retail (MSRP) of the product being returned to cover any damages to product (s) being returned. If item is damaged due to shipping or is not a warranty repair or replacement as judged during the initial inspection by the customer the customer needs to deny acceptance of product and contact Backyard Blaze immediately so we can correct damaged goods with freight company.
