If you are experiencing issues with your Automation System, AWEIS, SUBIES, or Automated Tiki Torches only, please follow these steps.
The first step is to refer to our troubleshooting steps located on Page 12. After you have attempted to resolve the issue and the Automated System is still not working properly please continue with the steps listed below.

1.) Email us your purchase information. Name, Date when you purchased the products. What steps have you done to rectify the issue? Please attach a short video and a couple of close pictures of the installation of the hardware showing us what the system is currently doing.
